About the Role

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Representative. The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for providing timely and accurate assistance to our customers via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong problem-solving ability, and a passion for helping customers resolve their issues and inquiries.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
Provide product information, technical support, and troubleshooting assistance to customers.
Assist customers with order processing, billing inquiries, and account management tasks.
Escalate complex issues or unresolved inquiries to appropriate teams or supervisors for resolution.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries using our CRM system.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to address customer needs and feedback.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Proven experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a technology or e-commerce environment.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations.

  • Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk).

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
