About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support decision-making processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively.
Responsibilities:
Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations to management.
Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and projections to support budgeting and planning processes.
Monitor key financial metrics and performance indicators, and identify areas for improvement.
Conduct financial modeling and analysis to evaluate business opportunities and investment decisions.
Assist with financial planning and analysis activities, including variance analysis and budget tracking.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including accounting, sales, and operations, to gather and analyze financial information.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in financial analysis.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role, preferably in a corporate finance or FP&A environment.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex financial information into clear and concise reports.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
