About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Specialist to join our team and support our human resources functions. The HR Specialist will be responsible for various HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of HR practices and policies, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Assist with employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance issues, and disciplinary actions.
Manage the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, diversity and inclusion programs, and training initiatives.
Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar role, with a strong understanding of HR functions and processes.

  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, particularly in Germany.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with employees at all levels.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
